Does it make sense to anyone?!!!! The warranty department service is horrible. I spent $3200 to get a leaky transmission. It’s been a month and a half and I still haven’t had them contact me with any kind of resolution. The warranty department will not respond to me whatsoever. They painted it and painted over the gasket seal and Told me that was from somebody else. When I got back my “Rebuilt 700r4”transmission still had all the gasket seal that I put on it and it was still leaking when I put it back in. I sent a transmission to them because Scott the salesman told me they didn’t have any that they could sell me, I had a leak I could not detect, so I decided to have a full rebuild done and service to find any damage to the case. I really appreciate everything you did for me. If they do that the company would run a lot better believe me. I think she’s a saint! The company should promote her to president. The only saving grace through this whole thing was an amazing woman named Susan. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had involving getting parts, and any responses from one company. Now to this date 5/3/23, monster is now is harassing me with collection agencies twice, and both agencies have drop their case against me after hear my story and providing them with evidence. After 7 months of investigation with the bank, I won the settlement in end February of 2023. After battling with monster, I was left with no choice but to dispute the transaction with my bank. The GM technician had an estimate of $1200 to repair it. They were telling me that I would have to pay out my pocket for their warranty. Try to talk to several of Monster’s representatives and they will not work work me to resolve the issue. Secondly, when I had a licensed GM technician install it me and come to find out that the transmission would not go into any gear. First off they send me a 4L60E, which I ask for the 4L65E. It's funny that we have to rush and bend over backwards to give them our business but they aren't doing much to earn ours. But no, it's going to take another 3-4 weeks before we are going to get a transmission even delivered and this is all while we have to have our vehicle torn apart and rush our old transmission to them. Not our fault that their part and their employees were incompetent. Okay I can be understanding of that if they were willing to take steps to rush a new transmission to us (we are in the middle of moving states). Then Chris told us that it was because they had a large turnover of employees that's why it took them so long to get back to us. It took them about 8months to actually reach back out to us. My husband tried to reach out multiple times to get the warranty going so we could get it fixed. The 3rd and 4th gear started slipping again even after we have been on top of the transmission flushes. What a flipping joke! We bought a yukon transmission from monster transmission about 1 year to 1 1/2 ago.
